Our Teaching Methodology
Our swim lessons prepare kids of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building strong swimmers and confident kids.The curriculum is designed to introduce water to children at any early age and help them refine their skills over time, through fun exercises and repetition.

Swim Starters
Prepare young children with a parent to develop swim readiness skills.
Swim Basics
Preschool aged and youth learn recommended skills for all to have around water.
Swim Strokes
Youth learn further swim skills to support a healthy lifestyle, beyond the basics. Preparation for swim team and beyond.
Private Swim Lessons
Private lessons provide one-on-one attention, allowing instructors to tailor lessons to individual learning styles and goals, addressing specific weaknesses and building on strengths. The focused environment can also be beneficial for those with special needs or phobias.

Most sessions include 6–8 classes over 3–4 weeks. We also offer ongoing enrollment for flexible schedules.
