Senior Wellness Day at the Y is a signature event created to honor, engage, and empower older adults in our community. It features free health screenings, gentle fitness class samplers, guest speakers, and resource booths—all designed to support aging with strength, joy, and dignity.
We know that community is a vital part of healthy aging. This event is one way we invest in the older adults who inspire us every day.



Move Your Body, Feed Your Soul
Whether you’re newly retired or well into your wellness journey, you’ll find opportunities to connect, move, and learn. We make it easy to engage with local healthcare providers, join in dance or yoga, and enjoy a healthy lunch with new friends.
Sample group classes designed for all ability levels, enjoy music and movement, and experience the positive energy that makes our YMCA community thrive.
